Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
English language proficiency with a great flair for writing.
3+ years of experience in technical content writing is preferred.
Impeccably good spelling and grammar. Excellent writing skills in English.
Proven working experience in the technical writing of software documentation.
A programming background is a strong plus in ReactJs, Python, Java, or C#.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs is a plus.
Experience with AWS services is a plus.
Strong ability to take ownership and work independently

Responsibilities

Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements.
Work with the DEV and QA teams to learn product functionality.
Write product technical documents, manuals, guides, and references.
Help write technical marketing material.
Create and execute content plans for branding requirements.
